The Redondo Ball with its pleasantly soft, foamed and odorless material (PVC) is commonly used in Pilates, gymnastics, wellness, fitness, and mind-body activities to support, fixate and strengthen muscle groups. It is also ideal for mobilizing spinal joints, muscle relaxation, and deep relaxation. With a straw, it can be inflated in no time, closed with a plug, and then deflated again.

With its elastic and grippy surface, the Redondo Ball is also particularly well-suited for gripping and throwing. When used as an unstable base, it is advisable to inflate the ball slightly softer. For transport and storage, the ball can naturally be completely deflated, folded up, and conveniently stored in a bag.
