USAGE FOR HEAT THERAPY:
* Microwave Method:
1. Flatten and place in the microwave and heat for 30 seconds on medium wave.
2. Remove from microwave and let sit for 10 seconds before using.
3. If it needs to be hotter, place it in the microwave for another 5-10 seconds.
Note: Must not be heated for longer than the recommended time. Do not heat in a microwave oven at a power above 800W.

* Hot Water Method:
1. Soak in hot water, around 80C for 10 minutes.
2. Wrap it with a dry towel before use.
USAGE FOR COLD THERAPY:
1. Store in the freezer until ready to use.
2. Remove and leave for 3-5 minutes.
3. Wrap with a dry towel before use.
